A vintage silver RAF sweetheart compact with guilloche design to lid. Octagonal shaped with swirl design enamelling in white & pale blue. Hallmarked inside for John William Barrett, Birmingham 1938, with Gieves of Bond Street retailers engraving. Approx. 8cm diameter.
Opens well and closes firmly. Interior mirror in good order. Some surface scratching to enamelling.
